Cordon Bleu it’s whats for dinner. This is a classic dinner that satisfies every family members need. Between the juicy chicken, tangy Swiss cheese, buttery rice with peas your going to finish with a smile. I like this recipe because it’s simple and easy. The fact that it’s easy to clean up the kitchen afterwards is an extra bonus too.
Recipe to follow:
4 boneless chicken breast halves
4 thin slices of deli ham
2 slices of Swiss cheese, halved
1/4 cup of butter, melted
1/2 an envelope original chicken shake n bake
1/2 an envelope McCormicks seasoning toasted onion & garlic potato seasoning
Cut each boneless chicken breast in half until it equals 8 breast halves.
Melt 1/4 cup of butter ; add 1/2 envelope of chicken shake n bake/McCormicks seasoning.
Dip chicken in butter mixture until finely coated.
Grease a 13′ by 9′ inch pan with bakers joy.
Place chicken in the pan ; lay strip of swiss cheese and ham on top.
Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
Heat oven to 355 for 40 mins.
