Adventures with food.

I consider any recipe that contains mushrooms to be delicious and this one just so happens to be. It takes little time to make especially during one of those crazy night weeks when everyone is hungry for a warm,hardy meal that fills them up.
The flavor is rich and creamy with juicy pieces of chicken that are sure to have everyone’s plate coming back for more.
Recipe to follow:
1/2 pound of chicken ( chopped)
2 14oz cans of cream mushroom soup
1 cup of mushrooms (chopped)
4 potatoes diced up
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of olive oil
In a medium skillet, add 1tablespoon of olive oil and chopped chicken. Let cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add mushrooms until al’dente. In a separate large deep skillet, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil add potatoes let fry until completely done. Add 2 cans of cream mushroom soup as well as chicken mushroom mixture. Season with salt and pepper and serve 🙂
