Culinary school continued……

This week in Baking I we made Challah Bread, cinnamon rolls and homemade pizza. It was so much fun. The recipe for each dough was very similar but different. There might have been one ingredient in each recipe that changed the flavor of each dough. A very cool and interesting revelation. Here’s some pics.

The toppings we’re mozzarella cheese, green, red, yellow bell pepper, chicken breast, pepperoni, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes.

Oh was it good!

Sorry, I didn’t take pics for the step by step process on challah bread but it was the first bread we made. YUM!
