Improv…it’s whats for dinner.

Tonight, I improvised dinner and used ingredients that we’re readily available in the cabinets and fridge. I floured eggplant then fried it to a golden brown, sauteed’ purple onion, basil tomato breadcrumbs, minced olives, and a pinch of basil, salt and pepper in olive oil. Then tossed everything together with rainbow pasta. One word. Orgasmic.
