My first attempt at homemade sushi.

This has been the most complex dinner I’ve made thus far. Between measuring the right amount of rice to line the seaweed with to wrapping as efficiently as possible. I made a homemade peanut sauce to pair with the sushi as well. The two types of sushi I prepared we’re california roll and shrimp tempura roll. The flavor was great but the I feel the seaweed wrap wasn’t tight enough. I need a bamboo mat 😦 I feel overall it deserved a rating of 8.
